Measured Survey #1

Accurate and detailed plans of the existing site are required at the planning stage and are the base for the proposed concept design

Design & Planning #2

Concept designs will be developed with the client to allow for a considered design solution for the project based on cost, time and quality.

This design will be submitted to followed through the Local Planning Authority for the relevant permissions.

Building Regs & Construction #3

Building Regulations are required for all new buildings and we offer working drawings to gain approval for your project.

We also offer services for the construction phases for your project and work with local and international contractors to help you control the quality, cost and time of the build.


ARB Registered & RIBA Chartered Practice.

ARB (Architects Registration Board) is a register of all UK ARCHITECTS. It is illegal to call yourself an Architect if you are not ARB Qualified.

RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects). Is an organisation to support and promote architecture in the UK. In order to become a RIBA Chartered Practice Sam Willoughby Architects have had to gain accreditation by meeting stick criteria and continually maintain our professional services and code of conduct.
